The short version: this website has no database, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels. It cannot collect anything about you, because there is nowhere for it to put it.
What this website stores
The site is a set of static pages served from a content network. It runs no server code of its own and keeps no record of your visit.
- A single browser flag. Your browser remembers that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not replay on every page. It is stored on your own device, it holds nothing but a yes, and closing the tab clears it. It is not a tracking cookie and it never reaches us.
- No analytics and no advertising. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta pixels, heatmaps, session recording or any other tracker.
- No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for and no profile to create.
The enquiry form
The form on this site does not submit anywhere. It assembles what you typed and opens your own email application with a draft addressed to us. Nothing leaves your device until you press send in your own email client, and if you close that draft, we never see it.
Once you do send it, your message sits in our mailbox like any other email. We use what is in it to reply and, if we work together, to run the engagement.
Services this site relies on
- Hosting. The pages are served by Cloudflare. Like every web host, its servers process your IP address and browser details in order to deliver the page, and it keeps short term security logs. We do not receive those logs.
- Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the font file is fetched. No font request carries a cookie.
- Email. Our business email is operated for us by Clickswave Labs Private Limited under an agreement that limits them to running the infrastructure. They do not read your correspondence or use it for any purpose of their own.
What we do with what you send
- Reply to you and discuss the work.
- Run the engagement, which may mean sharing agreed material with journalists and publications.
- Keep records we are required to keep, such as invoices.
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you once sent an enquiry.
Material you send us as a client
Press material, unannounced news and anything else you share during an engagement is handled under our confidentiality policy, which is stricter than this page.
How long we keep things
- Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within twelve months.
- Client correspondence is kept for the engagement and for three years afterwards.
- Invoices and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days. If something is subject to a legal retention period we will say so rather than quietly keep it.
You can also block the browser flag and the font request through your own browser settings. The site still works, it simply replays the intro.
Children
This is a business service and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. Material changes will be flagged on this page rather than slipped in quietly.
